А вот и я 👋 не потеряли? 😄

Сегодня у нас на обед:

🟢 брокколи на пару
🟢кус-кус с оливковым маслом
🟢котлетки из куриного филе с кабачком и луком на пару (❗️перед подачей порезала на безопасные кусочки)

Аллергены: кус-кус и в составе котлетки яйцо

6️⃣➕Куриные котлеты с кабачком и луком

Котлеты делала интуитивно, все на глаз↩️
500 г филе перемолола в мясорубке, добавила туда половину средней луковицы и половину кабачка. Затем решила добавить ещё яйцо.
Готовила на пару примерно 20 минут, получились очень сочные котлетки.
Нам с мужем добавила в фарш соль и пожарила на сковороде.


📍таким образом можно добавлять в любые котлеты разные овощи, все зависит от вашей фантазии 😉
Добавление различных овощей в котлетки/суфле/сосиски идеально подходит для тех, у кого дети едят мало овощей 💡

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
