В Екатеринбурге в присутствии мэра города открыли памятник Петру Столыпину. Оказывается, знаменитый царский чиновник и реформатор имеет звание "почетного жителя Екатеринбурга".

На церемонии открытия чиновники потерли левой ботинок у памятника. Дескать, таким образом формируется новая традиция. Обычно, памятникам трут носы на удачу и материальное благополучие.

Предлагаем тереть ботинок Столыпину, чтобы государство Российское обрело "двадцать лет спокойствия внешнего и внутреннего".
