В Екатеринбурге в присутствии мэра города открыли памятник Петру Столыпину. Оказывается, знаменитый царский чиновник и реформатор имеет звание "почетного жителя Екатеринбурга".

На церемонии открытия чиновники потерли левой ботинок у памятника. Дескать, таким образом формируется новая традиция. Обычно, памятникам трут носы на удачу и материальное благополучие.

Предлагаем тереть ботинок Столыпину, чтобы государство Российское обрело "двадцать лет спокойствия внешнего и внутреннего".

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
