Ботлихской межрайонной прокуратурой утверждено обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении жителя Ахвахского района, обвиняемого в оказании услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности жизни и здоровья потребителей.
По версии следствия, мужчина, являясь владельцем АЗС, в июле 2024 года в нарушение требований промышленной и пожарной безопасности, а также санитарно-эпидемиологического законодательства, при отсутствии лицензии осуществлял заправку газобаллонного оборудования автомобилей сжиженным углеводородным газом.
«Уголовное дело направлено в Ботлихский районный суд для рассмотрения по существу», – уточнили в пресс-службе прокуратуры Дагестана.
