Участники Национально-освободительного движения штабов НОД Саратов-Энгельс неоднократно проводили пикеты околообластной Думы Саратовской области и в других местах области с требованиями предоставить Владимиру Путину чрезвычайные полномочия и сменить повестку СМИ с "наш враг – Украина" на повестку "наш враг – США!" И разъясняли, что достигнуть победы мы можем лишь, нацелив наши ядерные стратегические ракеты на США.
