❗️Госдума ввела штрафы за незаконные каботажные перевозки Государственная дума на пленарном заседании приняла во втором и третьем чтениях законопроект, устанавливающий административную ответственность за неправомерное осуществление каботажных автомобильных перевозок.
Документ был внесен правительством РФ еще в декабре 2017 года, а в первом чтении его одобрили в апреле 2023 года. Внесенные изменения дополняют Кодекс РФ об административных правонарушениях.
Согласно закону, незаконное выполнение каботажных перевозок автомобильным транспортом (за исключением перевозчиков из стран Евразийского экономического союза) повлечет для водителя штраф от 150 тыс. до 200 тыс. рублей.
В случае нарушения требований российского законодательства иностранными перевозчиками из стран ЕАЭС штраф для водителя грузового транспорта составит от 100 тыс. до 150 тыс. рублей.
Предполагается, что новые нормы вступят в силу с 1 сентября 2025 года.
