Контрольно-счётная палата Рязани завершила проверку отдельных вопросов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности МУП «Рязанские городские распределительные сети». В частности, проведена доппроверка 47 договоров, заключённых МУП «РГРЭС» с ООО «Рось-Инжиниринг» в 2020-2021 годах как с единственным поставщиком на выполнение работ по техприсоединению заявителей к электрическим сетям на сумму более 43 млн. руб. Контрольным органом выявлены факты задвоения работ, необоснованное завышение стоимости работ, нарушения установленных сроков работ, неверный расчёт неустойки. Также выявлено, что по ряду договоров МУП «РГРЭС» для определения текущей стоимости оборудования использовались коммерческие предложения ООО «РЗТП-Электрощит», а проектная документация разрабатывалась ООО «Рось-Проект». У ООО «Рось-Инжиниринг», ООО «РЗТП-Электрощит» и ООО «Рось-Проект» один и тот же руководитель.
