Сегодня глава администрации Елена Борисовна Сорокина написала заявление об увольнении по собственному желанию. Благодарю Елену Борисовну за серьезную и ответственную работу. Её опыт и знания будут востребованы в регионе.
На должность первого заместителя главы администрации Рязани назначен Виталий Евгеньевич Артёмов. Его управленческий и хозяйственный опыт, умение работать в команде и знание родного города крайне необходимы. Не раз слышал слова, что он был лучшим главой города за все последние годы.
Прошу депутатов поддержать кандидатуру Виталия Евгеньевича на должность исполняющего обязанности главы администрации Рязани на ближайшем заседании городской думы.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
