В ходе рабочего визита проведены совещания с китайскими партнерами в Канцелярии иностранных дел Народного правительства провинции Хэйлунцзян в Харбине, руководство района Большой Хинган и Народного правительства г. Мохэ, Акционерной компании «Китайская железнодорожная проектная группа» China Railway Design Group Co., China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), а также в Китайской Ассоциации развития предприятий за рубежом в Пекине.
