Японский центр в Южно-Сахалинске оштрафовали за преподавание языка
Сотрудники полиции выяснили, что в сентябре 2024 года, центр активно обучал желающих японскому языку, хотя лицензии на это у него не было.
Проверка показала, что занятия действительно проводились. Об этом говорило и расписание, и требования к ученикам, и информация об учебниках — все это нашли как в самом центре, так и на его сайте.
В министерстве образования Сахалинской области подтвердили, что никаких разрешений на образовательную деятельность центру не давали. Не нашлось лицензии и в специальном реестре, который ведет Министерство экономического развития России.
На директора центра, женщину 1970 года рождения, составили протокол за работу без лицензии — часть 1 статьи 19.20 КоАП РФ.
Суд признал ее виновной и оштрафовал на 30 тысяч рублей. Обжаловать решение не получилось, 22 января 2025 года апелляционный суд оставил его в силе.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
