Салат с авокадо и яйцом

Дома мы зовём этот салат «изи оливье». По сравнению с классическим, процесс приготовления и ощущения после еды — гораздо более «изи».

Нежность авокадо и яиц здесь балансируют маринованный огурец и зелёный лук. Вместо маринованного огурца можно добавить свежий. Ещё можно добавить свежий шпинат, будет тоже вкусно.

На ломтике тёплого подсушенного хлеба — идеально!

* 2 авокадо
* 5 варёных яиц
* 4 маленьких маринованных огурца
* несколько перьев зелёного лука
* 2 ст. ложки греческого йогурта
* 1 ч. ложка горчицы (если любите)
* ложка оливкового масла
* соль & перец

Нарезать авокадо, яйца и огурцы. Мелко нарезать зелёный лук. Добавить греческий йогурт, горчицу, оливковое масло и соль по вкусу. Как следует перемешать. Изи оливье готов!

"The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
