Это произошло утром 13 февраля на улице Александра Матросова, 6. Женщина вызвала такси, как обычно. Когда машина подъехала, мать сначала усадила младшего ребёнка в детское кресло, а затем вместе со старшей дочерью стала обходить машину, чтобы тоже сесть в салон, но водитель вдруг начал уезжать.
Шокированная женщина с криками побежала за машиной, но таксист не остановился. Тогда она поймала попутку, на которой они смогли догнать такси. При этом машину пришлось обогнать и подрезать, чтобы она наконец остановилась.
«На мои вопросы таксист спокойным тоном ответил: «Ну, извините…». Было ощущение, что что-то не так с его состоянием. Когда я пришла в себя, то позвонила в полицию. Написала и в поддержку такси» — рассказала женщина.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
