В Японии официально начался сезон внутрипартийных выборов в правящей Либерально-Демократической партии. Кто победит на них - станет главой партии, а затем и займёт пост премьер-министра. Из девяти кандидатов (для ЛДПЯ это много) самыми избираемыми видят двоих: Сигэру Исиба и Синдзиро Коидзуми.
Оба кандидата - потомственные политики (там иначе не бывает). Отец Сигэру был губернатором префектуры, отец Синдзиро - премьер-министром. Сигэру - 67 лет, Синдзиро - 43. Первый - классический японский политик №65, второй - немного аутсайдер, кандидат "обновления". Первый - клеил модель Адмирала Кузнецова, второй за ядерную энергию. Каждый со своими причудами, но притом в общем и целом недалеки от центра.
Сильно ли изменится внешняя политика Япония в зависимости от результата выборов? Вряд ли. Оба за партнёрство с США как есть, разве что Исиба за большую самостоятельность и возможность создания ядерного оружия.

All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
