Программа реализуется в рамках нацпроекта «Образование» и направлена на привлечение специалистов в сельскую местность. Участники, переезжающие в населенные пункты до 50 тысяч человек, получают 1 миллион рублей, а в Дальневосточном округе — 2 миллиона рублей.
