مهرداد بهار: زیرا جمشید محبوب‌ترین چهرهٔ پیش از اسلام است. اما فریدون و نه هیچ کس دیگر از پادشاهان محبوبیت جمشید را نداشتند. خیلی چیزها را به جمشید نسبت داده‌اند. مثلاً در وندیداد آمده که بزرگ شدن جهان به خاطر جمشید بود. جمشید حتی ادعای خدایی می‌کند و به همین سبب، بخشی از فرّه‌اش به (میتره) می‌رسد.
در دورهٔ او نه مرگ بود، نه پیری و نه درد. دورهٔ بسیار زیبایی بود و خاطرهٔ خوشی بر اذهان مردم از آن زمان بازمانده بود. حتی چینی‌ها هم جمشید را به نحوی ستایش می‌کنند.

The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.”
