🔸 محمد طی پرونده دیگری به محرومیت از تسهیلات رفاهی (از قبیل وام، تغذیه، خوابگاه و ...) تا پایان تحصیلات، محکوم گردید که حکم دوم قابل تجدیدنظرخواهی از مراجع بالاتر نمی‌باشد.
