منابعی در حزب الله میگویند که این حزب اعتراف کرده که «با اعلام حمایت از غزه، ضربه سختی دریافت کرده است، زیرا دبیرکل آن حسن نصرالله، رئیس شورای اجرایی، هاشم صفی‌الدین و تعداد زیادی از فرماندهان و کادرهای نظامی ارشد آن کشته شده‌اند». @SepehrAzadi
