Давным-давно делал клаузуру на застройку второй очереди Бадаевского завода.
Заигрывал с HdM и их проектом на ножках - не иначе.
Прошло уже столько лет, а я полагаю, что иногда стоит похулиганить с массингом. А вдруг получится:)

Выбрали, кстати, тогда этот вариант, который уважаемая редакция Недвижимостей Инсайдов зашеллачила в моменте, полирнув для истории.
