Два дня занимался с MorphCast. Интересно, вроде работает, но мне кажется не достаточно.
Может быть кто то знает подобные проекты, которые реально работают? Хочется как то получать невербальный фидбэк от пользователя (конечно же с его разрешения).

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
