Навязчивая мысль [обсессия] становится навязчивым только тогда, когда объект мысли будет для нас важным.
То, что для нас важно, занимает центральное место в жизни. Если мысль не важна, она не будет навязчивой.
Пример: • важно сдать и не провалить экзамен или собеседование; • важно знать ответ на вопрос, если меня спросят; • важно создать о себе хорошее впечатление...
Навязчивое мысли – это симптом важности. И бороться надо не с обсессиями, а работать над уменьшения важности объектов мысли.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
