Из известных могу назвать Геоскан, да и просто гугл в помощь. Не говоря уже о сотнях китайских производителях. Развернуть в Бурятии производство БАС с умеренной локализацией комплектующих готовы все из них, только свистни. Объяснение одно - деньги целенаправленно пилили. В итоге ни денег, ни беспилотников, ни технологий, ни производства, ни зарплат.
