Сегодня в столице нашей республики на центральной площади прошла Всероссийская акция "Трезвый новый год" по инициативе депутата Государственной Думы ФС РФ, лидера Всероссийского движения «Трезвая Россия» Бийсултана Султанбиевича Хамзаева.

В рамках этой акции прошла утренняя зарядка с участием именитых спортсменов, тренеров, молодёжи и общественных деятелей.

Также состоялась сдача нормативов ВФСК ГТО(Всероссийский физкультурно-спортивный комплекс «Готов к труду и обороне») всеми желающими.

После хорошего разогрева участников акции ждал самоварный чай на дровах и угощения.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
