В следственном управлении СК России по Самарской области возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступлений, предусмотренных ст.ст. 213 и 309 УК РФ (хулиганство; принуждение свидетеля к уклонению от дачи показаний, соединенное с причинением вреда здоровью).
Председатель Следственного комитета поручил и.о. руководителя СУ по Самарской области Воеводину А.В. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
