По предварительной версии, между Артемом Иванюженковым и 23-летним Евгением произошел конфликт в кафе. Иванюженков схватил нож и на глазах у гостей кафе ударил парня в грудь. Затем сын депутата скрылся с места преступления, не пытаясь оказать первую помощь пострадавшему.
