Полноценно запустить систему электронных повесток в России планируют с 1 ноября 2024 года. В электронном реестре будут содержаться все сведения о воинском учете и о гражданах, которые подлежат призыву — данные о недвижимости, уголовных и административных делах. Запись в базе будет содержать информацию о месте жительства, в том числе не по месту регистрации.
Повестка будет считаться врученной через семь дней после ее размещения в электронном реестре — после этого призывники не смогут покинуть страну.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.”
