Тяжелобольной Зареме Мусаевой продлили срок содержания в СИЗО еще на месяц
Сегодня Висатовский районный суд Грозного по ходатайству следствия продлил срок содержания в СИЗО Заремы Мусаевой до 24 февраля 2025 года, сообщает «Команда против пыток»*.
Суд сослался на то, что Мусаева уже ранее судима за «умышленные преступления», а также якобы может напасть на сотрудников колонии, в «дезорганизации деятельности» которой ее обвиняют. Ее адвокат Александр Савин отмечает, что Зарема давно передвигается только на костылях.
⭕️ Уже отбывающую наказание в колонии по сфабрикованному обвинению в «мошенничестве» и «нападении на полицейского» мать чеченских активистов Зарему Мусаеву обвинили по новому уголовному делу за якобы «нападение на сотрудника ФСИН» и «дезорганизацию деятельности колонии». Ей грозит еще до 5 лет лишения свободы, Зарема болеет сахарным диабетом.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
