По России в целом показатель рождаемости приблизился к уровню 2000 года, рассказал заместитель министра в ходе заседания экспертного совета по здравоохранению при комитете Совета Федерации по социальной политике. Исключение составляют 13 регионов — речь идет преимущественно о Северном Кавказе.
Изменение демографической ситуации к лучшему прогнозируется после 2027 года. По словам Виктора Фисенко, через два-три года ожидается увеличение интенсивности деторождения.
