Наиболее популярным среди северян является социальный контракт на поиск работы. Подобных контрактов с начала текущего года заключено уже порядка 1600.
По данному виду соцконтракта можно получить государственную помощь в размере 18913 руб. (21981 руб. в районах Крайнего Севера) единоразово после заключения социального контракта и три месяца после трудоустройства. Также дополнительно при необходимости оплачивается обучение до 30 тысяч рублей.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
