Случайно открыла для себя какой-то новый мир кардио нагрузки, который доставляет огромное удовольствие. Я из тех людей, которые ненавидят спорт. А тут танцуешь, улыбаешься, поешь, а через полчаса идешь в душ с мокрыми трусами и усами. Кайф!
⭐️Включала на ютубе, их там миллион, но у меня есть 2 любимых канала: Делай тело и TGym.
Делала КАЖДЫЙ день на протяжении 2 месяцев точно, после чуть реже.
Пробовала такой формат? Или тебе нравится что-то другое?
