Подтвердил эти слова и лидер фракции «Яблока» в Мосгордуме Максим Круглов, сообщивший что Рыжков вернется к сентябрю (напомним, Мосгордума ушла практически в четырехмесячный отпуск на предвыборный период решением провластного большинства).
