Ифтар – это прием пищи, который совершают мусульмане до и после молитвы во время месяца поста Рамадан. Среди флагов государств, чьи представители присутствовали на мероприятии, оказался флаг, используемый «Талибаном» в качестве символа Афганистана (на фото третий слева). Напомним, в России «Талибан» все еще считается террористической организацией.
«Татар-информ», разместивший фотографию на своем сайте, про самих талибов не упоминает ни слова.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
