Фермер Елена Коткова в Рязанском районе впервые вырастила 25 сортов тюльпанов. В теплице применена современная технология: используют ящики с гидропоникой, цветы выращивают на специальном растворе. Промышленным производством цветов предприниматели Рязанской области занимались и ранее, но у Котковой максимальные площади в регионе. В будущем фермер планирует расширить теплицы и втрое увеличить количество выращиваемых цветов.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
