🔻امروز پنجشنبه ۲۰ دی ماه ۱۴۰۳ "همایش گفت‌وگوی ملی دربارۀ وفاق ملی" از طرف معاونت راهبردی ریاست جمهوری، با سخنرانی دکتر مسعود پزشکیان و برگزارکنندگان پنل‌ها در محل سالن همایش کتابخانه ملی ایران برگزار شد.
🔻 دبیر انجمن علمی سیاستگذاری اجتماعی و فرهنگی دانشگاه خوارزمی نیز به نمایندگی از انجمن در این نشست حضور بهم رسانید.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
