Судя по всему, Ultima Development разрабатывает проект ЖК в Большом Левшинском переулке. В сети засветился отчет о выполнении инженерно-геодезических изысканий для данной площадки. Сейчас на участке расположена аварийная трехэтажка.

Речь о застройке данной территории пошла еще в 2004 году. Тогда некий Михаил Юданин взял землю в аренду и собирался провести реставрацию здания. Но протесты жителей дома артистов Театра имени Вахтангова, который находится рядом, помешали осуществлению планов. Сможет ли Ultima договориться с активистами — скоро узнаем.
