Кроме того, расположенный напротив Торговый дом Третьяковых тоже попадает «под раздачу». Его «Галс» планирует перестроить в гостиничный комплекс с 16 лотами и помещениями общественного назначения. На первом этаже задуманы ресторан, кафе и винотека.
