Построена свалка в районе Стебаево Липецкой обл. над месторождением воды или нет - вопрос так и остался открытым.

До 2018 года это месторождение пресной воды стояло на балансе государства и занчилось в РосНедрах. (Ссылка на карту) А в 2018 оно внезапно было из реестра удалено без всяких изысканий.

Иск в местный суд о восстановлении месторождения воды в государственном реестре ничего не дал. Суд ответил, что с таким иском может обратиться только юр. лицо - официальный недропользователь. А жители не могут. Вот и вся справедливость Фемиды.

По странному стечению обстоятельств примерно в это же время в области стал решаться вопрос с размещением полигона ТБО.
