Больше ничего не поменяется, если ты не:
1️⃣не станешь более собранной 2️⃣не станешь организованной 3️⃣на научишься ставить четкие цели 4️⃣не перестанешь идти на поводу у своих страхов 5️⃣не перестанешь фрустрировать 6️⃣не научишься радоваться пусть и маленьким, но всё же достижениям 7️⃣не научишься верить в себя, а не в суеверия 8️⃣не перестанешь распыляться на ненужных людей
Это я написала себе записку на будущее, чтобы оглядываясь вспоминать и действовать! А не ебатьделать себе мозги своим нытьем.
