Зеленский предложил поставлять украинский уголь на Молдавскую ГРЭС (расположена в Приднестровье) в обмен на поставки электроэнергии в Украину и Молдову. Он заявил, что Украина может поставить такие объёмы угля, которые позволят покрыть потребности в электроэнергии и самого Приднестровья.
Также Зеленский заявил, что Украина готова транспонировать по своей ГТС азербайджанский газ в Европу.
