При этом, по его словам, на переговорах Уолтц и Рубио «назвали фейком» план спецпредставителя Келлога, который он озвучил на Мюнхенской конференции. Напомним, он говорил, что ради заключения мира России придется пойти на ряд уступок. Например, отказаться от части захваченных территорий Украины.
Отметим, что Келлог, назначенный спецпредставителем по Украине, на сегодняшних переговорах не присутствовал.
