Надо тебе работать, живешь в миру, нужны силы — не лакомься, не услаждайся, не позволяй себе излишества, и если по необходимости придется съесть тебе и в посте яйцо или молоко, Господь не взыщет, не вменит во грех…
Какой бы ты ни соблюдала пост, даже самый строгий, если без истинного покаяния, то Господь не приемлет его. Такой пост не приведет ни к спасению, ни к утешению. Главное — внутри очищай сердце.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
