✅Техника и оборудование приобретены за счет средств федерального бюджета- 37 млн рублей, сэкономленных в ходе электронных торгов в 2022 году.
✅Аппаратно-программные комплексы «Лесохранитель» позволят с помощью модуля «Финист» определять пути подъезда к пожару, площадь и кромку пожара, склеивать ортофотопланы, привязывать данные об обследовании к событию.
«Это позволяет использовать закупленное оборудование для установления нарушений лесного законодательства в ходе патрулирования лесов в зимнее время, в пожароопасный сезон – для мониторинга лесопожарной обстановки»,- уточнил министр лесного комплекса Иркутской области Владимир Читоркин.

But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
