ЖК будет построен по адресу: 1-й Грайвороновский проезд, вл. 2/2.

Согласно проектным решениям, на участке площадью 1,2 га девелопер сможет построить комплекс состоящий из двух башен высотой 35 и 41 этажей. Общая площадь будущего ЖК составит 88 536 м², а максимальная высота — 149.2 метра.

В высотных корпусах будет жилье, а семиэтажная часть между башнями отведена под апартаменты.
