С просрочкой на 2 года Ant Development получила разрешение на ввод в эскплуатацию комплекса апартаментов «Поклонная 9» в районе Дорогомилово.
По первоначальным планам ввести комплекс в эксплуатацию планировалось во втором квартале 2022 года, но застройщик смог получить разрешение на ввод в эскплуатацию только в первом квартале 2024.
Комплекс построен по адресу: Поклонная улица, вл. 9.
«Поклонная 9» представляет собой 34-этажный небоскреб «Н-образной» формы, рассчитанный на размещение 130 гостиничных номеров и 494 апартаментов от 49 до 428 м².
Комплекс начал строиться в 2019 году на месте недостроенного гостинично-делового комплекса Межбанковской Валютной Биржи.
