Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Никитский бульвар, вл. 6/20

Ввести ЖК в эксплуатацию планируется четвертом квартале 2026 года.

Документы уже появились на портале «наш.дом.рф».

Напомню, что изначально на этом участке планировалось построить апарт-комплекс на 23 350 м² , но девелопер смог перевести проект в жилье.
