ПИК построит ЖК «Среда на Лобачевского» вместо второй очереди Vangarden.

Комплекс будет построен в районе Очаково-Матвеевский на территории Матвеевского кластера, в который входят такие проекты ПИК как: «Матвеевский парк», «Большая Очаковская 2», «Новое Очаково» и Vangarden.

Согласно проектной документации, ЖК «Среда на Лобачевского» состоит из 8 корпус переменной этажности от 13 до 27 этажей. Комплекс рассчитан на 535 квартир площадью от 23 до 125 м².

Ранее в проектной документации данный ЖК именовался Vangarden-2, но застройщик почему-то решил сменить название.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
