Согласно данным «СПАРК-Интерфакс», недавно «Гута» учредила компанию «Бауманская, 16» для реализации девелоперского проекта.

Жилой комплекс будет построен на участке площадью 1 га по адресу: Бауманская улица, вл. 16.

Будущий комплекс состоит из малоэтажный корпусов и двух башен-доминант.

Архитектурная концепция разработана мастерской Кашириных, но, как это обычно и бывает, утвержденный проект может отличаться от концепции.

Начать строительство планируется в 2025 году.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
