Tekta Group проходит государственную историко-культурную экспертизу по проекту строительства делового центра на Ходынском бульваре.

Будущий офисный комплекс состоит из трех башен высотой 14, 21 и 34 этажа. Общая площадь БУ составит 130 000 м².

Архитектурные решения офисного центра разработаны бюро ADM architects.

Объем инвестиций в проект с учетом процентов по банковскому финансированию составляет 35,7 млрд рублей.

Напомню, что участок рядом с ТРЦ «Авиапарк» был куплен Tekta group у владельца девелоперской компании «Баркли» Леонида Казинца.
