По задумкам архитекторов, общая площадь комплекса составит 42 740 м², а предельная высота достигнет 180 метров.

Данная концепция сделана для участка, которым владеет компания Plus Development.

Напомню, что в районе Северного речного порта согласовано строительство уже трех офисных комплексов, но на подходе еще парочка.
