Как и было согласованно ранее, на участке площадью 5,7 га девелопер сможет построить высотный жилой комплекс общей площадью 172 300 м², из которых 135 000 м² — жилье.
Напомню, что участок был куплен Lirax у бывших акционеров группы МИЦ Андрея Рябинского и Александра Копылова
