«Якщо це підприємство, наприклад, завод, який дійсно є "критичним", це зрозуміло. Якщо це, наприклад, спортивний клуб, який не має відношення, але визначений як "критичний", то "критичність" цієї організації буде переглядатися», — пояснив Гаврилюк.
